Grade 1
G1 is our Premium Australian English Willow designed for top elite international players. While the global standard is a minimum of 6 grains, Staunch maintains a minimum of 10 straight grains. This expensive willow is handcrafted to perfection, in a light single shade with minimum(or no) heartwood on the blade.
Grade 2
G2 is of Excellent Australian English Willow designed for international and domestic players. While the global standard is a minimum of 6 grains, Staunch maintains an average grain count of 6 - 12 straight grains. This expensive willow is handcrafted to perfection in a Light single shade similar to our Grade 1 Edition willow however with more(or even none) heartwood on the blade, having no effect on the playability of the bat.
